Step 1.
Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation between your practice’s stakeholders and our Solutions Architect, who will be your dedicated point of contact from that point forward. You will discuss your practice’s needs, from IT infrastructure to long-term business goals. From there, your dedicated Architect will recommend multiple ongoing services for you based on your timeline and budget.
Step 2.
Service Selection & Implementation
Based on your needs, your Solutions Architect will provide two to three monthly service options for your practice. Typical service offerings include Technology / IT, Marketing, and Compliance.
Step 3.
Ongoing Support
Once you’ve selected what services your practice will receive, your Architect will begin implementing your services. They’ll have a dedicated Technology, Marketing, and Compliance point dedicated to your respective services. They will reach out to schedule all necessary on-site visits, employee trainings, and more. You’ll have monthly calls with your Architect (and other team members as needed) to discuss performance, as well as any upcoming changes or initiatives that your practice my experience.
